Alina Blanco

Alina Blanco currently serves as an Exhibit Specialist at the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) since July 2021, following a long tenure at the American Welding Society from November 2005 to July 2021, where positions included Senior Education Coordinator and various coordination roles. In these capacities, Alina has developed conferences and event tracks that consistently met or exceeded attendance goals, coordinated exhibitions, established third-party agreements, managed conference committees for 15 annual conferences, created marketing collateral, and oversaw all aspects of events from budget establishment to on-site execution. Alina's extensive experience encompasses logistics coordination, registration management, and the organization of training and instructional events.
