Joyce Wright is currently the Trade Manager at Huntington Ingalls Newport News Shipbuilding, where they lead projects focused on process improvements and innovations in coatings, insulation, and cleaners/pumpers. They served as the Board Chair of the AMPP Global Center from 2021 to the present. Previously, Joyce held various roles in the shipbuilding industry, including Protective Coatings and Process Improvement Manager, Craft Instructor at the Apprentice School, and Process Improvement Specialist. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University in Montgomery.
