Robare Pruyn began their career in 2004 as an Engineer/Operator for Sarif Media Production, where they created a small independent video and audio production group, managed a small production crew, and developed customer projects from pre-production to post. In 2009, they joined Cisco Systems as a Customer Facing Engineer, providing system installation and configuration support for Cisco Sports & Entertainment software and hardware solutions. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Systems Engineer for the New York Yankees, administrating and overseeing network and digital media infrastructure for Yankee Stadium. In 2019, they became an Architect (Distributed Media Technology) at AmpThink.

Robare Pruyn earned a NY State Regents Diploma with Honors from Glens Falls High School in 2002. Robare then attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a BS in Electronic Media, Arts & Communication.
