Jonathan Bray

Jonathan Bray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Sector Engagement Manager for Defence & Space at AMRC since 2018, Jonathan also holds roles on the Equality Diversity Inclusion Committee and as Deputy Head of Digital. Prior to AMRC, Jonathan spent over seven years at STRATA Manufacturing PJSC, where the focus included leading digital manufacturing operations and innovations, developing SMART technologies, and managing teams to advance Strata's digital factory initiatives. Earlier career highlights include roles at Bombardier Aerospace and Airbus, where Jonathan contributed to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and PLM solutions. Jonathan holds an Executive MBA in Advanced Manufacturing from The University of Sheffield and multiple degrees in business administration and product design.
