Mingdong Shang

Mingdong Shang is a Technical Lead in Digital Simulation at AMRC, with previous experience as a Senior Research Engineer at the University of Nottingham and a Research Fellow at WMG, University of Warwick. Mingdong Shang's expertise lies in research and development focusing on digital manufacturing systems, assembly automation, lifecycle management, cost evaluation, digital simulation, and system integration in the Automotive and Aerospace industries. Mingdong Shang holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Manchester, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering & Automation from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
