Neil Sharp

Neil Sharp is currently a Technical Lead at Nuclear AMRC, a position held since 2020. They began their career as a Pressure Welding Apprentice at International Combustion in 1979, later advancing to roles such as Manufacturing Team Leader at Rolls Royce Submarines and Manufacturing Programme Manager within the Nuclear Sector. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, engineering support, and mentoring, contributing significantly to various projects and teams across multiple organizations. Neil completed O Levels at Sinfin Community from 1974 to 1979.
