Stephen Marr

Stephen Marr is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Engineer - Digital at AMRC since January 2024. Previously, Stephen held the position of Director Of Quality Assurance at Kape Technologies from January 2022 to September 2023, and served as a Tech Fellow at Nuclear AMRC from August 2019 to January 2022, leading the Digital Environment group. Additional experience includes managing quality assurance at Private Internet Access and working as a Virtual Reality Project Engineer at Nuclear AMRC. Stephen's educational background includes an EngD in Mixed Mode Realities in Nuclear Manufacturing from The University of Sheffield, an MSc in Nuclear Physics and Technology from The University of Manchester, and a BSc in Physics, also from The University of Manchester. Stephen's early career involved managing student action projects at the University of Manchester Students Union, emphasizing operational reform and community engagement.
