Romeo Achu, MBA, is a technical manager and cement industry expert specializing in quality control and optimization. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Amrize since 2025, Romeo has previously held similar positions at HolcimUS and Ash Grove Cement Company, in addition to experience as a Chief Chemist at Nevada Cement Company and as a Chemist at CIMENCAM S.A. Romeo earned an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Material Science from the University of Buea in 2007.
