Erika Schott

Erika Schott is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Team Leader in Engineering at Amrock since March 2018, Erika leads teams through development cycles within the SAFe framework to enhance the eClosing platform. Prior to this role, Erika managed the vendor integrations team at Amrock and held a leadership position in technology support at Title Source. Erika's career encompasses experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Quicken Loans, where responsibility included functional and regression testing, and as a Quality Engineer at Mahle, focusing on software validation. Erika began their career with internships at Livio, Inc., Superior Controls, and South Lyon Community Schools, and holds degrees from Lawrence Technological University and Kettering University.
