Steven W. Smith

Steven W. Smith is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Amrock since January 2011, where responsibilities include developing and managing audit guides for Title & Settlement processes to ensure compliance and serving as a key resource for various teams during peak project demands. Prior to Amrock, Steven served as an Assistant Manager at Toyota Tsusho America from June 2007 to July 2009, acting as the main liaison between Toyota Motor Company and its suppliers in North America, while also leading a team responsible for software licensing. Additionally, Steven worked as an Escalation Specialist at Onstar (Convergys) during the same period, where investigations were initiated regarding OnStar's failures in critical situations, focusing on customer satisfaction resolution. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
