Yiting L. is a seasoned Data Scientist currently employed at Amrock since April 2021, where Yiting has developed an NLP-supported chatbot service for the Quiq platform and analyzed email and chat data to derive business insights. Previously, Yiting served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University from August 2017 to April 2021, designing methodologies in applied econometrics and conducting comprehensive research related to consumption, social policy, and health. Yiting also gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Fuyoulonghui Genetic Diseases Clinic and as a Web Analyst Intern at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Yiting holds a PhD in Consumer Economics, along with minors in Computer Science and Statistics from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & English from Beijing International Studies University.
