They also mentor talented students from underrepresented backgrounds at Migrant Leaders, focusing on social mobility and career guidance. Previously, Olivia held roles at various organizations including Capco, Infosys Consulting, and Société Générale, where they excelled in business transformation, organizational change management, and client relationship management. Olivia earned a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, achieving a distinction.
