Richard Kohlmann

Richard Kohlmann has extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles, currently serving as Managing Partner at Amrop since October 2009. Previously, Kohlmann held the position of Managing Partner at Spencer Stuart from July 1998 to August 2009 and was Managing Partner for Hungary at Wilhelm & Partner / Amrop International from October 1992 to June 1998. Early career experience includes serving as an Internal Consultant of the Board at voestalpine Steel Division from June 1990 to August 1992 and Deputy Managing Director at Siemens AG from January 1988 to April 1990. Educational qualifications include an MBA and Executive Program from IMD (2011-2013), a Diploma in Executive Coaching from a Coaching and Supervision program (2006-2008), and a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from Technical University.
