Charles Karsten has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Charles most recently worked as a Commercial Director at AMS-IX, where they played a crucial role in operating interconnection platforms and ensuring efficient routing of global IP traffic. Prior to that, Charles was a Partner at Solontio Pte Ltd. Charles also served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Knot Solutions Pvt Ltd and KeenCorp, where they implemented innovative software solutions to measure and improve people-related risks in real-time. Earlier in their career, Charles held positions as the Chief Operating Officer at Renoir Consulting and Principal Strategic Accounts at both Huawei Technologies and Nokia Siemens Networks. Charles also served as the Managing Director and Founder of Mindwaves Solutions. Charles began their career at IMPAC® Integrated Control Systems, Inc., where they held roles as the Chief Operating Officer and Unit Vice President.
