Wouter Ensing

Wouter Ensing has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wouter started their career as an Intercedent at Randstad in 1998. In 1999, they became a Branch Manager at Detron Interim Techniek. Wouter then joined Westcon Group in 2000, where they held various roles including Vendormanager, Manager Operations, and European Business Manager. From 2005 to 2009, Wouter worked as a Channelmanager at Tandberg. Wouter then became the Managing Director at VisionsConnected, where they helped build the company into a leading conferencing service provider. In 2014, Wouter joined Westcon, where they served as the Director Vendormanagement EMEA, Security solutions, responsible for managing vendor relationships and product management. In 2017, they took a personal break to define their business future. Wouter later worked at Encim, where they held multiple roles, including Business Development and Entrepreneur/Manager. Currently, they are working as a Business Development professional at AMS-IX.

Wouter Ensing completed their Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics & Law at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Behavioural Design from SUE Behavioural Design Academy in January 2019.
