Tim Poor

Tim Poor is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at AMSC since April 2024, Tim previously held leadership roles including President at Advanced Cell Engineering and General Manager at PPG Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing a $90MM division. Notably, Tim was the Chief Executive Officer at Dexmet Corporation, leading significant growth and facilitating the company's sale to PPG Industries. Tim's earlier career includes senior positions at Aquion Energy, American Superconductor, GE, and Arthur Andersen & Company. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
