Ben Siame is a talent management and HR advisory professional with a focus on cultural transformation. They have a flexible multicultural approach to managing human capital solutions and have worked across various roles, including Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Prosoft Executive Search and Talent & HR Advisory Manager at AMSCO HR Advisory Services. Ben earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and Economics from the University of Zambia and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Lusaka. They are currently pursuing a CPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at ZIHRM.
