Norma Mitchell

Norma Mitchell, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional who has held various leadership roles in human resources at prominent financial institutions such as Amsive, Old Plank Trail Community Bank, First National Bank, and Mercantile Bank/BMO Harris Bank. With a BS in Organization Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph, Norma has extensive experience managing the entire HR function, including candidate interviewing, employee orientations, training and development, payroll, benefits administration, EEO, affirmative action, employee records, recruitment advertising, HR problem investigations, and job descriptions, classifications, and evaluations.
