Eric Harding is a seasoned fluids consultant who has been providing drilling fluids consulting services since 2001. They served as President and CEO of Southtec Energy Services from 2009 to 2014, where they coordinated fluids projects and supervised consultants while assisting customers across multiple states in reducing costs and drilling difficulties. Prior to this role, Eric held positions as Operations Manager at Mega Fluids in 2007 and Regional Manager at Drill-Chem from 2007 to 2009, where they developed fluids programs and worked closely with suppliers to maximize profits. Eric studied Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology at Spartan School of Aeronautics from 1988 to 1989.
