Michael Zanetti is an experienced leader and consultant with over 25 years in management across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. They are currently the Co-Chairman for Florida at the American Med Spa Association, while also serving as Chairman of the Board at Erasable MedSpa and Managing Director at Ponce De Leon Partners. Michael co-founded and serves as CEO of TradesFactor, a talent management solution for skilled trades workers. Their commitment to developing talent and teams is complemented by an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and prior military service as a Major in the United States Army. Michael has volunteered as a facilitator at Bunker Labs, supporting the next generation of military veteran entrepreneurs.
