Amspec are a Chartered Building Company based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, specialising in design, refurbishment, fit-out, joinery manufacturing, fire door installation, maintenance and fire stopping. 

We act as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor delivering high-quality solutions across a wide range of sectors.

We operate a dedicated joinery manufacturing workshop creating high-quality bespoke joinery and certified fire doors.

We hold the accreditation FIRAS for fire door installations, fire stopping and cavity barriers and CERTIFIRE for fire door manufacturing
