Lisa Gray

Lisa Gray has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Quality Compliance at AMSURG, where they are responsible for ensuring quality and regulatory compliance standards for 255 surgery centers. Lisa also provides guidance to the ASC leadership team for facility and patient care outcomes.

Before joining AMSURG, Lisa worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at ValueHealth LLC from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Pre Op, PACU Manager, Quality, and Risk Manager at SurgiCenter of Kansas City from 2013 to 2018.

Lisa also has experience as the Special Care and Rehab Manager at Children's Mercy Hospital from 2011 to 2013, and as the Chief Nursing Officer at Girard Medical Center from 2008 to 2010. Lisa started their career as the Director of Inpatient Care at MT CARMEL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER from 2005 to 2008.

Lisa Gray completed their Bachelors of Nursing degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pittsburg State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Lisa later pursued a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Ashworth College, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, and completed their studies there from 2005 to 2006.
