Vinod Kumar, SPHRi, is the Chief People and Culture Officer and Managing Director for India at Amtech Software, where they spearhead global HR functions and drive talent strategies. With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership across various regions including North America, Europe, and APAC, Vinod has successfully led M&A integrations and built inclusive, high-performance organizations. Prior to their current role, they held significant positions at Khoros, including Vice President of International Talent and CHRO, where they transformed HR practices and established a thriving talent environment. Vinod holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BBM in International Business from Bangalore University.
