Fernando Galvez, MBA, is a dynamic FP&A Director with over 25 years of expertise in financial strategy development within top-tier manufacturing environments in the U.S. and Mexico. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Amtech Systems Inc., they have a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar efficiencies through data-driven decision-making in financial planning and forecasting. Previously, Fernando held key roles, including Plant Controller at West Pharmaceutical Services and Continuous Improvement Manager at MTD Products, where they focused on refining processes and implementing Lean methodologies. Fernando earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Universidad de Sonora and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
