Andre Lennertz

Andre Lennertz has extensive work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Andre currently holds the position of Principal Systems Engineer at Amtrak, where they serve as the GIS Functional Lead. Prior to joining Amtrak in 2021, Andre worked at Arora Engineers, Inc. for eight years as the Geographic Information Systems Manager. Before that, they were a Senior Associate at CHPlanning, Ltd from 2008 to 2013. Andre began their career as a Senior Planner at Birdsall Services Group, where they worked from 2004 to 2008.

Andre Lennertz received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Environmental Geography from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2002. Andre then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Community & Regional Planning from Temple University, graduating in 2004.
