Barbara Carpenter

Barbara Carpenter, PMP, is a Program Manager at Amtrak, where they currently oversee key projects. Previously, they served as a Community Marketing Manager at Replica and held roles as an Implementation Analyst at OpenGov Inc. and Associate Planner at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. Earlier in their career, they were a Program Coordinator at the Southwest Conference of Mayors, managing over $4 million in Surface Transportation Program funds. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from DePaul University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
