Beth Termini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental law, sustainability, and public health. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Environment, Health & Safety at Amtrak since November 2014, Beth oversees enterprise-wide programs related to public health, occupational safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability, including managing the company's COVID-19 response. Prior roles with Amtrak include Senior Director of Environment & Sustainability, where strategic development and implementation of compliance and sustainability initiatives were primary responsibilities. Beth has also worked as Senior Advisor for Sustainable Strategies at The Horinko Group and as a consultant. Previous positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency include Senior Advisor and Attorney Advisor focusing on sustainability and strategic environmental management. Beth holds a Doctor of Law from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
