Bob Amerena

Bob Amerena, BRMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bob is currently working as a Sr. Principal Business Systems Analyst at Amtrak since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Travel Operations Solutions Program Manager at Disney Destinations, LLC, a role they held from August 2018 to November 2023. In the past, they have worked in Live Theatre and Corporate Video as a Producer, Director, Actor, and Voice Actor from 1997 to April 2020. Bob has also held positions such as Business Relationship Manager at CuraScript SD, An Express Scripts Co., where they were responsible for strategic initiatives involving technology from September 2015 to August 2018. Before that, they worked at various roles within Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, including Business Liaison Specialist, Sr. Analyst, and Sr. Programmer/Analyst, focusing on technology planning and execution. Bob's earlier experiences include roles in programming and analysis at Publix Supermarkets, Arbella Mutual Insurance Co., Commercial Union Insurance Co., John Hancock Insurance Co., and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Bob Amerena, BRMP, holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. Bob also pursued studies in Project Management at Boston University. Bob also attended Don Bosco Technical High School. In 2016, they obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute.
