Brian Swilling

Brian Swilling is a transformational Senior Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in real estate program management. They currently oversee the $2 billion Major Stations portfolio at Amtrak, managing digital technology assets and investments for key transit hubs. Previously, Brian held pivotal roles at various organizations, where they successfully executed strategies that led to substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies, including saving over $50 million at Parsons and leading a portfolio review of $2.5 billion for the U.S. Air Force. A graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Architecture, they also earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from Strayer University.
