Caitlin Cooper

Caitlin Cooper is an experienced professional in eCommerce and digital channels, currently serving as the Senior Product Manager at Amtrak since May 2009. In this role, Caitlin focuses on developing and delivering innovative products designed to enhance revenue, customer satisfaction, and the overall travel experience. Key projects include the redesign of travel search results, implementation of the Washington State free youth fare program, and improvements to the USA Rail Pass. Caitlin also has a background as a State Partner Liaison and E-Commerce Assistant at Amtrak, where responsibilities included supporting state government partnerships and managing e-commerce activities. Prior to Amtrak, Caitlin worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Just ASK Publications & Professional Development, handling direct marketing campaigns and copywriting. Caitlin holds a B.A. in Economics from James Madison University and studied at Universita per Stranieri "Dante Alighieri" in Reggio Calabria, Italy.
