Cedric Ousley

Cedric Ousley is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Service Delivery Director (CNOC) at Amtrak, where they oversee network operations. Previously, Cedric held various positions at Amtrak, including Assistant Superintendent - Train Movement and Manager Operations. Prior to Amtrak, Cedric worked at BNSF Railway as Trainmaster - Manager of Field Operations, leading a team of over 300 employees and implementing numerous process improvements that enhanced safety and efficiency. Cedric earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from Southwest Baptist University in 2006.
