Cesar Pagan

Cesar Pagan is a seasoned Smartsheet Developer and Consultant with extensive experience in managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiency across various organizations. Currently serving as a Smartsheet Developer Expert/Consultant at Amtrak since September 2023, Cesar specializes in transforming customer requirements into effective Smartsheet solutions. Prior to this role, Cesar managed a significant modernization project for VCA West Los Angeles Animal, successfully executing over 4,000 circuit installations and saving the company substantial costs. Cesar also introduced Smartsheet methodologies at Tesinc, LLC, and held various positions in retail and military settings, where skill sets included training, information management, and client support administration. Educational qualifications include attendance at the United States Air Force Leadership School and other military training institutions, complemented by a high school diploma from Fort Knox High School.
