Christopher Swoyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in track engineering and project management within the rail industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Work Planning at Amtrak since October 2022, Christopher oversees a team responsible for planning track outages in the New York Division of the Northeast Corridor and managing centralized data storage. Prior roles include Construction Manager at RK&K, where oversight was provided for multiple structural rehabilitation sites, and positions at Amtrak that involved managing significant trackwork programs at Penn Station and the Empire West End Connection. Additional experience includes managerial roles at AECOM and Railroad Construction Company, Inc., as well as foundational work at SEPTA and KlingStubbins. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Drexel University, alongside an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
