David Capozzi serves as a Director on the Amtrak Board of Directors, having joined in 2025. Previously, David held notable positions at the Paralyzed Veterans of America, including Associate Advocacy Director and National Advocacy Director from 1985 to 1987, and served as Vice President for Advocacy and Director of Project ACTION at Easterseals from 1989 to 1992. As Executive Director and Director of Technical and Information Services at the US Access Board from 2008 to 2020, David led initiatives promoting accessibility. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Currently, David is retired since 2020.
