Devon Parsons

Devon Parsons is a hands-on, solution-oriented team leader with over 12 years of experience in equipment engineering, particularly in locomotives and power systems. Currently serving as the Director of Equipment Engineering at Amtrak since 2021, Devon previously held several leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Equipment Engineering at Amtrak from 2018 to 2021. Devon began their career in operations management with GE Transportation and completed a comprehensive two-year Operations Management Leadership Program, which included multiple rotations focused on locomotive services and quality. Devon also earned a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
