Dr. David Handera

Dr. David Handera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. David is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Arts4All Florida. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Stations, Facilities, Properties, and Accessibility at Amtrak starting in 2017. From 2014 to 2020, they held the role of Vice President and Board Director at VSA Florida, an organization that promotes arts and cultural opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Dr. David also served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Dollar Express Stores LLC from 2016 to 2017 and as the Vice President of Projects at JLL from 2015 to 2016. Dr. David'sexperiences include leadership positions at Kangaroo Express, the Village of Prairie Grove, Keller Graduate School of Management, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Charming Shoppes.

Dr. David Handera holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Dr. David also obtained an MBA in International Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Organizational Management from Alliance University. Additionally, they pursued studies in Executive Leadership at Penn State University.
