Eamon Liu

Eamon Liu, PE, PMP, Assoc. DBIA, currently serves as the Station Design Manager for Amtrak at Washington Union Station, where responsibilities include leading complex capital projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery aligned with Amtrak's strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Eamon worked as a Consulting Engineer and Project Manager at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc., managing significant projects for prestigious clients such as the Federal Reserve Board and Harvard University. Previous experience includes positions at Walter P Moore, focusing on aviation and life science markets, where Eamon led the $210 million Bradley Airport Ground Transportation Center project, and at Leslie E. Robertson Associates, where establishment and growth of the Shanghai office occurred. Eamon's early career included internships with CSCEC-TAISEI Construction and Beijing Olympic Broadcasting. Eamon holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
