Eileen Reilly is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in operational technologies and advanced train control systems. Currently serving as the Senior Technology Architecture Director for Amtrak since May 2023, Eileen provides strategic direction and architecture for operational technologies. Previously, as CEO of Global Train Services LLC from April 2018 to June 2023, Eileen focused on advancing Positive Train Control Systems within the global railroad industry. While serving as VP at Alaska Railroad from 1997 to 2018, Eileen successfully led multiple departments and managed substantial capital programs, ensuring effective implementation of I-ETMS PTC and maintaining budget integrity. Eileen's career began at IBM as an Advisory System Engineer, after which Eileen held various roles that contributed to significant advancements in technology and project management. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
