Gabrielle E Pfeifer

Gabrielle E. Pfeifer currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Amtrak since November 2022. Previously, Gabrielle held the position of Customer Experience Strategist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from October 2020 to November 2022. Gabrielle has also worked as Vice President of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Infinite Computer Solutions from August 2019 to March 2020 and held several roles at Amtrak from June 2014 to August 2019, including Senior Manager of Product Development, Lead Process Improvement Analyst, and Six Sigma Analyst. Earlier in the career, Gabrielle was a Software Implementation Business Consultant at Accenture Federal Services from July 2012 to June 2014. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Spanish from Penn State University.
