Ivan Stankov

Ivan Stankov, PSP, CMIT, serves as the Lead Project Controls Specialist at Amtrak since January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in construction scheduling and project management. Previously, Ivan worked at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson as a Construction Scheduler and Resident Inspector, where responsibilities included overseeing sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects for the Baltimore City Department of Public Works. With prior roles as a Project Control Analyst at Baltimore City Department of Public Works and as a Construction Scheduler at Phoenix Engineering, Ivan developed expertise in project controls and scheduling using Primavera P6. Ivan also has practical experience as a delivery expert at Domino's and as a construction worker at MSM Masters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Morgan State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Engineering Technologies from the Community College of Baltimore County.
