James H. has extensive experience in the transportation and fire service sectors. From December 2007 to October 2013, James served as Senior Trainmaster at New Jersey Transit, supervising train and engine crews and acting as the designated Supervisor of Locomotive Engineers. Subsequently, at Amtrak from January 2022 to October 2023, James held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager in various operational capacities.
