Jeff Mann is an experienced transportation professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of the State-supported Service Line at Amtrak since February 2022, Mann previously held multiple executive positions at AECOM, including Vice President, North Carolina Transportation Lead and Vice President, Market Leader for Transit and Rail in the Southeast. Prior experience includes tenure as President and CEO of GoTriangle and Deputy Secretary for Transit at the NC Department of Transportation. Mann’s career at Amtrak began in 2004, where roles included Assistant Vice President of Policy and Development for the South. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BS in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
