Joel Baker

Joel Baker has over two decades of experience in network engineering and design. Currently serving as a Sr Principal Technologist in Core Network Design at Amtrak since March 2010, Joel has also held the position of Systems Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at Berkley Technology Services and Aramark Healthcare, as well as a Network Design Engineer at Unisys. Joel began their career as a Network Analyst at Computer Science Corporation. Joel earned a degree from Penn State University, graduating between 1993 and 1997.
