John Rhodes

John Rhodes is a senior manager at Amtrak, specializing in railroad infrastructure and operations planning. They have played a key role in various aspects of passenger rail infrastructure, including RTC simulation modeling, scheduling, and track improvement planning. Previously, John served as the lead infrastructure planning analyst at Amtrak and managed projects that enhanced rail traffic efficiency in the North East Corridor. They held positions at R.L. Banks & Associates, Inc., where they focused on freight and passenger rail analysis, and began their career as a transportation planning aide with Fairfax County Government.
