Lt H.

LT H. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in cyber defense, incident response, and security operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Cyber Defense Fusion Center at Amtrak since 2020, LT H. is responsible for the strategic development and transformation of Security Operations. Previous roles include Director of Cyber Engineering at Amtrak, where LT H. led a major technology modernization program, and Senior Principal Security Operations and Incident Response Deputy Director, providing advisory support on complex cyber incidents. Prior to Amtrak, LT H. contributed to Deloitte as a Senior Digital Forensics and Incident Response Specialist and held leadership positions at ManTech and Dataprise. LT H. also has a foundational background in information technology consulting and military service in the US Army.
