Melissa Firstenberg

Melissa Firstenberg is a dedicated public speaker and expert in OT cybersecurity, with over two decades of experience in the field. They currently serve as the Sr. Manager of Fleet Cybersecurity at Amtrak and continue to advance industrial cybersecurity through their role as CTO and Advisor at Progress Cyber Solutions, LLC. Previously, Melissa held key positions at companies such as Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd and Barclaycard US, where they focused on risk management and security procedures. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, they also participate in various professional organizations, including the US Government’s ICSJWG Industrial Steering Team and ISA.
