Patrick Stears, PMP, specializes in project controls and cost estimating. They began their career as a Process Engineer at Hoeganaes Corporation from 2005 to 2008, before transitioning to Turner Construction as an Assistant Project Engineer in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Patrick worked at Amtrak, ultimately serving as the Director of Project Cost Estimating. Patrick holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Drexel University.
