Richard O'Brien

Richard O'Brien is a Principal Senior Project Manager in the New England Division at Amtrak. They previously served as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager for the NJ High Speed Rail Improvement Program, overseeing a $450 million project. Prior to joining Amtrak, Richard worked as a Transportation Planner at HNTB, where they were involved in various planning studies and design projects. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Providence College and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Additionally, Richard coached girls rowing at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School from 2005 to 2008.
