Ryan Shuler

Ryan Shuler currently serves as Manager of Training & Organizational Change Management at Amtrak since July 2023. Previously, Ryan was a Learning & Development Specialist at Lincoln University from January to July 2023. Ryan spent nearly a decade at the University of Delaware, holding various roles, culminating in the position of Associate Director, where responsibilities included developing wellbeing programs focused on purpose, connection, and community support. Earlier roles at the University encompassed managing employee health and wellbeing initiatives and overseeing fitness programs for staff. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Wellness Project Coordinator at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, promoting healthy lifestyles among employees. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior Science, both from the University of Delaware.
