Stephanie M. is a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Internal Evaluation with extensive experience in public administration and transportation. They previously served as a Lead Audit and QA Compliance Analyst at Amtrak and held roles as a Project Analyst and Technical Consultant at Transportation Resource Associates, Inc., where they focused on transportation performance improvement and regulatory compliance. Stephanie also completed a Graduate Public Administration Fellowship at the Institute for Public Administration, developing resources for local governments and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. They are currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees at the University of Delaware and other institutions, including a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Railroad Engineering.
